Abstract:
This ICR extends approval to collect information under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) section 313 and section 6607 of the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA) of 1990. Respondents submit informtaion concerning toxic chemical releases into the air, land and water.
