Terms of Clearance:
Approved consistent with ED's memo of 3/6/00. In addition, the following terms of clearance apply: (1) As soon as practical ED will consolidate numeric identifiers on this form so that intitutions are required to report only a single numeric identifier. (2) OMB is concerned with the delay in moving the fisap permanently off of a private network. Therefore, this approval will expire in one year so that ED can report to OMB on the results of the spring pilot and discuss implementation of the VPN in the next fisap cycle. (3) As soon as practical ED will send in a change worksheet to zero out (or immediately expire) the hours remaining under fisap's old OMB# 1840-0073.
