Abstract:
All applicants for immigrant visas and some applicants for nonimmigrant visas are required to have a medical examination completed by a panel physician to determine if they have any medical condition that makes them ineligible for a visa under INA 212(a)(1).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
