This information collection includes the SBDC program announcement and all information collections therein. Future submissions must clearly include in the submission and describe in the supporting statement the collections included in the program announcement including the certification regarding drug-free workplace requirements, SBA Form 1224, the Budget Justifications, and the Planned Milestone Accomplishments. The program announcement, as an information collection subject to the PRA, must also comply with the public disclosure requirements of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3), including display of OMB control numbers, statements of expected burden, and the significance of the OMB control number.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
