Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved pursuant to 5 CFR 1320. When EPA resubmits the ICR for renewal, the Agency must evaluate, after consulting with respondents, the burden estimates for reporting and recordkeeping requirements. When calculating labor costs, the Agency must ensure that it uses fringe and overhead loading rates that are consistent with current OMB and EPA guidelines.
