Abstract:
This survey collects qualitative information about changes in business loan demand and various aspects of lending practices at insured commercial banks an at U.S. branches and agencies of foreign banks. The survey serves as an important tool for monitoring and understanding the evolution of lending practices and developments in credit markets generally.
