Abstract:
FERC-545 information is required by the Commission to determine if an interstat pipeline's rate filing complies with the require- ments of Sections 4, 5, & 16 of the Natural Gas Act and/or Order No. 636 (Restructuring Rule) and that the charges for transporta- tion/sales of natural gas are just and reasonable. (Re: Docket No. RM96-1-015 NOPR issued 6/30/00) proposes to revise Part 284 of the Commission's regulations and to adopt GISB (Gas Industry Standards Board) standards version 1.4. Pipelines are also re- quired to implement interactive Internet standards contained in Version 1.4 by June 1, 2000.
