Abstract:
This NESHAP/MACT affects owners and operators of mineral wool production facilities. It applies to each cupola and/or curing over at existing, new, or reconstructed mineral wool production facilities. Owners and operators must conduct initial perfor- mance tests, continuously monitor operating and control device parameters, prepare semiannual reports of control device opera- ting parameter exceedances, and record startups, shutdowns, and malfunctions.
