Abstract:
Respondents are owners or operators of ethylene oxide commercial sterilization and fumigation operations. Respondents must submit onetime reports at the start of construction, reconstruction, or modification, anticipated or actual startup dates, and physical or operation changes to existing facilities. In addition, cer- tain owners or operators of existing commercial ethylene oxide sterilization and fumigation operations will submit reports of actual annual ethylene oxide use.
