Abstract:
The bidder certification requires offerors for a requirement in excess of $25,000 to certify whether the firm or its principals were currently suspended, debarred, proposed for debarment, indicated, or, within 3 years of the offer, had been convicted or terminated for default. In addition, the offeror must adivse the contracting officer prior to subcontracting with a contractor debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
