This information collection request is approved consistent with terms agreed upon on 02/16/01. (1)DOL will not permit States to include SSN's in the individual records they submit annually to DOL. (2)DOL will not require States to track/report expenditures separately for core, intensive and training services in their annual reports. The customer satisfaction survey is not approved at this time. DOL must resubmit this package to OMB for clearance to obtain approval for the customer satisfaction portion. OMB notes that DOL collected WIA customer satisfaction data in a pilot study and in early-implementing States without OMB approval in violation of the PRA.
