Abstract:
The information requested identifies products offered for grading a request for evaluation of equipment used in dairy, meat or poultry industries for sanitary design and construction. The party responsible for payment of the inspection, grading or equipment evaluation fee and expense, applicants who wish to be authorized for the display of official identification of product packaging materials, equipment, utensils, or on descriptive or promotional materials.
