Abstract:
Anyone can apply for a permit to conduct otherwise prohibited activities with migratory birds and eagles. Information collected will be used to determine whether an applicant meets criteria established in various treaties, laws, and regulations for a permit; monitor compliance with permits; and to track birds taken from the wild.
