Abstract:
The NPS requires that demonstrations and special events may be held only pursuant to a permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this section. (36CFR 7.96(g)(2)). Anyone wishing to conduct a demonstration or special event requiring a permit just submit an application. Applications are provided by the NPS and must be received at least 48 hours in advance of any proposed demonstration or special event.
