Terms of Clearance:
Approved for use through 5/2004 with the understanding that HCFA collects Medicaid hospice data on a separate report for freestanding hospices, the HCFA-1984. In addition, HCFA must brief OMB on all of the operational / PPS issues raised by these public commenters prior to the promulgation of the HHA PPS rates for FY 2002.
