Abstract:
Section 42 of the I.R.C. provides for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) that encourages the production of qualified low-income housing units. This information collection provides basic data on LIHTC projects. The resulting database will be used for analysis of LIHTC projects and will serve as a sampling frame.
