Terms of Clearance: The agency is directed to read the instructions for completing the Form 83-I, particularly the instructions for number 14, which say 'the costs identified in this item MUST EXCLUDE the cost of hour burden identified in Item 13.' Thus, the costs listed of $111,134 are the 20% overhead identified on a total cost of $666,802, costs which include the monetized cost of the hours spent on this collection. The agency should also review the instructions for completing the supporting statement, particularly question 15.
