Abstract:
Whenever a state member bank proposes to make an investment in bank premises that results in its total bank premises in investment exceeding its capital stock and surplus or, if the bank is well capitalized and in good condition, exceeding 150 percent of its capital stock and surplus, the bank is required to notify the District Federal Reserve Bank in the form of a letter fifteen days prior to making the investment.
