Terms of Clearance: To comply with the intent of GPEA, the FAR agrees to create an electronic version of SF-1413 which conforms with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and its attendant regulations. The FAR further agrees that it will pursue education of contract officers regarding the availability of an electronic version and the preference towards use of the electronic version when desired by the contractor.
