Abstract:
Rule 19b-4 requires each self-regulatory organization to file proposed rule changes with the Commission on Form 19b-4. Such filings allow the Commission to review the proposed rule changes, to solicit public comment on them, and to determine whether they are consistent with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
