Abstract:
To obtain the information needed to administer the Small Business Investment Act, SBA requires licensed small business investment companies (SBICs) to submit financial statements and supplementary information on SBA Form 468. SBA usses this information to monitor the financial condition and regulatory compliance of SBICs and for credit analysis when providing financial assistance to SBICs.
