Abstract:
Tax Credit Program Administration. Data and Information provided by the States on these forms are used for program planning and evaluation and for oversight of verification activities as mandated by the Revenue Act of 1978, Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982, Omnibus Budget Reconciliaiton Act of 1992, Sections 51 and 51A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, Small Business Act of 1996, Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997, and the Ticket to Work and Work Inventives Improvement Act of 1999.
