Terms of Clearance:
Approved consistent with the memo from DOL dated 8/17/01. As per that memo, this information collection is cleared, with the understanding that at the next clearance, DOL will have changed the PRO-NET system to have information_that respondents had entered previously to be pre-entered in furure years. This updated system shall be cleared through OMB using an 83-C form.

Abstract:
The System is needed to manage information for the OSBP constitutent groups: Small Businesses, Trade Associations, Minority Colleges and Universities, Tribal Governments, and Other Key Populations. The groups can voluntarily provide data which will be used by OSBP and DOL agencies to (1) maximize communication with the groups regarding OSBP and DOL programs, procurement opportunities, and compliance assistance; (2) solicit feedback on services to group members; and (3) facilitate registration for OSBP-sponsored activities.
