Abstract:
FERC 546 consists of data collected in tariff filings to imple- ment certificated new/revised service(s) for the transportation and/or sale of natural gas by jurisdictional natural gas compan- ies. The data are used by the Commission to establish a basis for determining just and reasonable rates that should be charged. The data are also used to monitor and evaluate pipeline proposals to add or modify services.
