Terms of Clearance:
Approved for one year from clearance date. Upon resubmitting cle arance package, ED will brief OMB on the results of the second publisher survey and the feasibility of replacing these requirements with performance measure alternatives. Further, ED will continue to monitor the effect of these regulatory provision s to both ensure that the rule is being implemented in the least burdensome way and to gauge whether regulatory revisions are nece ssary to achieve the objectives of the rule in a less burdensome way.
