Abstract:
The Commission must undertake a traditional Section 307(b) analysis prior to conducting an auction for mutually exclusive AM applications proposing to serve different communities. Each applicant within a mutually exclusive grup must submit an amendment containing certain supplemental information. The data submitted will be used to determine the community having the greater need for an AM radio service.
