Terms of Clearance:
INS will meet with OMB by July 2002 to discuss plans for electronic submission of this and other forms. The plan will include (1) a description of how this information will be electronically filed and (2) a timeline and justification of the timeline for electronic submission. In addition, within 6 months of this clearance, INS will determine whether and/or how this form can be consolidated with the five formw with which it is used. INS will submit to OMB either a revised information collection reflecting this consolidation of forms or provide justification of why this is not feasible.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
