Terms of Clearance: Withdrawn at the reqest of Betty Jo Berland at NIDRR in order to continue to work on outstanding issues raised in the review of this annual progress report. Upon resubmission, NIDRR shall provide OMB with revised "screen-shots" for the form, which include the changes requested by OMB in the memo of 1/8/02, as well as all previous revisions agreed to and submitted on 1/7/01. If ED wishes to change the language on use of State data for illustrative purposes with the permission of the State, (the language suggested by OMB), they shall provide justification for that change.

Abstract: This data collection will be conducted annually to obtain program and performance information from NIDRR state assistive technology grantees on their project activities.
