This collection is approved for three years. OMB notes that EPA has not requested any (non-labor) cost burden for this collection. EPA should assess whether there are any non-labor costs associated with this collection, including monitoring equipment or record storage, and submit an information change worksheet if appropriate to correct the cost burden of the collection. Abstract:
Respondents are owners and operators of new and existing facilities that manufacture ferromanganese or silicomanganese and are sources or are co-located at major sources. Respondents would submit notification and information indicating the performance of air pollution controls. This information is needed to ensure compliance with the rule.
