Terms of Clearance:
Approved consistent with DOL's statement of GPEA compliance by December 2002 (refer to Supporting Statement, Item 3). Upon resubmission of this package, DOL will document how individuals can submit the information collected electronically. In addition, DOL will continue to monitor the burden of the new form and submit an ICW if a change is necessary. Upon resubmittal of this collection, DOL will also report on the re-engineering of this process. DOL will continue to ensure that BLS is consulted on the methodology for these surveys prior to the next clearance request and include a discussion of any issues raised as part of that process.

Abstract:
Form WD-10 is used by the U.S. Department of Labor to elicit construction project data from contractor associations, contractors and unions. The wage data is used to determine locally prevailing wages under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.
