VETS did not comply with the previous terms of clearance for this collection. VETS is participating with DOL SOL to determine the legality of accepting the form electronically. A final decision on approving an electronic signature submission is expected to take a year or more. This approval is for one year. Upon resubmission, VETS shall report to OMB on the status of implementing an electronic submission option for this collection.
