Abstract:
Information obtained from FERC form 561 enables the Commission to carry out its responsibilities as authorized by Section 305 of the Federal Power Act. These responsibilities include oversight and enforcement of interlocking positions to identy conflicts of interest that may potentially occur among purchasers of energy.
