Abstract:
Collection of information under the Virus-Serum-Toxin (VST) Act is from all entities improting or shipping veterinary biological products to, from or in the United States. Responses are from licensed manufacturers, infrequently individuals and institutions. The information is used to execute the Congressional intent of the VST Act.
