Approved with the stipulation that this collection be made compliant with the Government Paperwork Reduction Act by October 2003. Coordinate with GSA on the Federal Asset Sales e-Government Initiative to add a donation component, which currently is focused on sales of assets (not donations). Abstract:
SF 123 is used by public agencies, nonprofit education or public health activities, programs for the elderly, service education activities, and public airports to apply for donation of Federal surplus personal property. The SF 123 serves as the transfer instrument and includes item descriptions, transportation instructions, nondiscrimination assurances, and approval signatures.
