Abstract:
To obtain Federal grant assistance through Federal programs such as the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and Fire Management Assistance Program, State, Local and tribal governments are required to prepare hazard mitigation plans in order to receive Federal disaster assistance.
