Abstract:
The Form AD-2016, USDA Registration From To Request Electronic Access Code is a registration form, used by the CBAs to provide single sign on to web farm applications for USDA customers and employees. The form AD-2016 enables USDA customers to request an account at their local USDA Service Center, by mail, or by fax. After the USDA customer's idenity is confirmed, the customer obtains a User ID and Password, which they use to conduct business on many USDA web sites.
