Abstract:
Generic clearance authority to issue information collections during the course of the Commission's import injury investigations. Questionnaires are sent to producers, importers, purchasers, and foreign producers of products under investigation. Data from these questionnaires form part of the statistical base for the Commission's determinations. Also, institution notices contain requests for information.
