Abstract:
Respondents are owners and operators of synthetic organic chemicl manufacturing industry facilities. This ICR consolidates into one ICR the Consolidated Air Rule and its referencing sub- parts for ease of renewal. EPA will use this information to ensure compliance with the standards.
