Abstract:
Rule 17a-10 would permit a fund's subadviser to enter into trans- actions with certain affiliated funds. This proposed exemption would be conditioned on the fund's advisory contract being amended to include certain clauses that prohibit, among other things, consultation between [investment advisers/subadvisers] that advise the transaction fund and other fund [investment advisers/subadvisers].
