Approved with changes. INS has revised both the supporting statement and the form to reflect changes agreed to in INS' response to OMB's passback (8/21/02). In addition, by October 2002, INS will submit a timeline/workplan for a fee study for the N-600K (adopted minor) versus N-600K (biological minor). Upon resubmission, INS will provide the results of this fee study and revise, as needed, the fee structure for N-600K applications.

Abstract:
The data collected on this form is used by the INS to determine eligibility for the requested immigration benefit and is required to document that the applicant has met all of the eligibility requirements for admission to citizenship and receipt of a certificate of citizenship. The information is also collected to ensure a complete and accurate adjudication.
