A party affected by a decision of an Immigration Judge may appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals, provided the Board has jurisdiction pursuant to 8 C.F.R. section 3.1(b). An appeal from an Immigration Judge's decision is taken by completing the Form EOIR-26 and submitting it to the Board.
