Abstract:
Respondents are owners and operators of facilities in the carbon black production, cyanide chemicals production, ethylene produc- tion and spandex production source caategories. Respondents would submit notification and information indicating the performance of air pollution controls. This information is needed to ensure compliance with the rule.
