Abstract:
The FCC adopts allocation and service rules for the 698-746 MHz spectrum band which is to be reallocated pursuant to statutory requirements and in order to support the development of new services in the Lower 700 MHz band while protecting television operations that will occupy the band throughout the transition to digital television.
