Employers electing to participate in a pilot will execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the INS and the SSA (if applicable), that provides the specific terms and conditions governing the pilot and company information for each site that will be performing employment verification queries.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
