Terms of Clearance:
Approved for 1 year, during which time HUD will promulgate revised PHAS rules. Upon issuance of the proposed rule, HUD will resubmit the PHAS financial management template information collection request that incorporates changes based on the revised rules. OMB will review the package at that time, including any comments received as a result of the NPRM, but will not clear the request until OMB clears the final PHAS rule. In the interim, HUD can continue to use the current financial management template for PHAS.
