This approval accounts for a 35,190 hour increase and $3,519,000 cost increase due to the Certification of Disclosure in Companies' Quarterly and Annual Reports rule. The approval also accounts for a 7,038 hour decrease and $704,000 cost decrease due to the Additional Form 8-K Disclosure Requirements and Acceleration of Filing Date rule. The net effect of these rules is a 28,152 hour increase and $2,815,000 cost increase.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
