Abstract:
Form N-2 is the registration statement used by closed-end management investment companies for registration as investment companies under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and for registration of their securities under the Securities Act of 1933. Proposed amendments to Form N-2 would require disclose of information regarding proxy voting policies and procedures as well as proxy voting records.
