Abstract:
The purpose of this standard and its information collection requirements is to provide protection for employees from the adverse effects associated with occupational exposure to the carcinogen, vinyl chloride (VC). Employers must monitor employee exposure, reduce employee exposure to within permissible exposure limits, and provide medical exams and other information on VC.
