Terms of Clearance: Approved with change-- approved consistent with 11/21/02 memo. The wrong version of the application was originally submitted to OMB. ED has revised the application to comply with the terms of clearance from the previous submission. Additionally, burden hours were entered incorrectly on the 83-I. ED shall work to ensure that all numbers are submitted correctly in the future. Finally, ED shall examine ways to reduce the number of burden hours per respondent for the next clearance process.
