Abstract:
Under RM02-3-000 Major public utilities, licensees and other will have to report items of comprehensive income and derivative instruments and hedging activities. The Commission proposes to establsih uniform accounting requirements and related accounts for the recogition of changes in the fair value of certain sercurity investments, items of other comprehensive income, derivative instruments, and hedging activities.
